The cottage can sleep six people in three bedrooms consisting of two king-size doubles (one with en-suite facilities) and a twin bedroom, together with a family bathroom. The farmhouse also contains a kitchen with dining area, a utility and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the outside of the farmhouse is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Note: The stairs although wide are wooden and care must be taken. Note: Please do not park on the grass verge outside. Note: Access to the property is via a one mile private gravelled track, unsuitable for low chassis vehicles. Note: Property has a private water supply and septic tank. Note: Please wear slippers when downstairs and when using the stairs. Note: Guests need to stipulate when booking if they require the housekeeper to assemble the hearth guard for the woodburning stove. Note: Check-in 4pm.
